Four ways we walk with congregations.

Every engagement starts with a free conversation. From there, we design something that fits your community, not a one-size template.

Congregational Consultation
01 / Service

Congregational Consultation

For churches in transition, conflict, or fatigue. We come in as a structured outside voice to listen, surface what's underneath, and help leadership see the whole picture before deciding anything.

Typical engagements run 3–6 months: a discovery phase of one-on-one and small-group conversations, then a synthesis we walk through together, then a path forward you actually own.

  • Discovery interviews with staff, lay leaders, members
  • Written synthesis with named patterns & themes
  • Facilitated leadership retreat to align on next steps
  • Optional ongoing coaching for the pastor or board
Peacemaking & Conflict Resolution
02 / Service

Peacemaking & Conflict Resolution

For tension that has gone unspoken too long. We help your community design a peacemaking plan, a real, written framework for how you will handle disagreement before the next one arrives.

This is not mediation in the legal sense. It's a slower, more pastoral process: identifying patterns, opening conversations that have been avoided, and rebuilding trust where it's been damaged.

  • Conflict pattern mapping
  • Facilitated reconciliation conversations
  • Custom written peacemaking plan
  • Leadership training on conflict literacy
Discerning a Path Forward
03 / Service

Discerning a Path Forward

For boards and leadership teams holding a decision that no single voice can carry, a building sale, a pastoral transition, a question about denomination. We guide a process of collective discernment that holds space for prayer, data, and disagreement.

  • Discernment framework workshop
  • Facilitated decision retreats
  • Written brief synthesizing the path forward
  • Follow-up coaching as decisions unfold
Worship Renewal
04 / Service

Worship Renewal

Sunday morning is one of the few places left where a whole community gathers and speaks together. We help congregations re-root that hour in the language of their actual people, drawing on Dan's decade of work with the Calvin Worship Project.

  • Liturgy audit & congregational survey
  • Worship planning team coaching
  • Custom responsive liturgy templates
  • Calvin Worship Project partnership

How we work

No two engagements look the same, but they share a shape.

A simple, patient process. We'd rather take the time to listen than rush you toward a recommendation that doesn't fit.

Step 01

First conversation

A free call. You talk. We listen. We tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Step 02

Discovery

Interviews, gatherings, and reading the room. We surface patterns before naming solutions.

Step 03

Synthesis

A written reflection we walk through together. Nothing is decided behind your back.

Step 04

Path forward

You own the next steps. We're available as long as the conversation is still useful.
